Menu Monday

I am very much still trying to figure out this Southern California lifestyle thing, and food shopping has been an exciting part of that. One of the best things I have learned is that the 99 Cents Only stores here have a legit supermarket inside and really nice looking produce. This week and probably from now on I am going to shop there first. About 3/4 of their selection is organic, too. AND! When I was there I picked up a truly magical cup that you pour beer into to make a michelada and lawwwwwwd help me it was amazing. Still riding a sodium high one week later, no regrets! 

 
These are the cups, if you see them grab them! Also, if you know me personally, expect them as your holiday gift this year. 

But anyways, here's what we are eating this week: 

Breakfast
Eggs + toast
Cereal
Yogurt parfait
Avocado toast
Pancakes

Lunch
Sandwiches + chips
Chickpea cobb salad
Grilled cheese + tomato soup

Dinner
Arancini (made with leftover risotto from last week) + salad + garlic bread
Mushroom and greens quesadilla + guacamole + roasted potatoes
Chili + cornbread
Veggie eggs benedict + lyonnaise potatoes
Peanut noodles + edamame beans + red pepper + cucumber
Homemade pizza

Dessert
Nothing. My grandma is visiting for a week and she will spoil us all rotten with cookies and ice cream
