Finally – I am back to a normal routine. This trip back
to Pittsburgh took a lot out of me in every possible way and I am forever
grateful to my circle of friends for being the wonderful people they are. But more on that later!
When I came back home to LA the cupboards were bare and there wasn’t a crumb. We were so, so tired and I was so, so lazy. We ate PB&J twice and ordered a pizza for dinner. Not my proudest day, but also I am not a robot. Now that we’re back on the grid and I am feeling like my usual productive self we have a plan. And here it is:
Breakfast
Eggs + toast
Cereal + fruit
Pancakes
Avocado toast
Labneh toast + honey + almonds
Lunch
Sandwiches + veggie chips
Veggie pitas + hummus
Salad
Dinner
Penne + asparagus + garlic bread
Roasted cauliflower tacos + roasted potatoes + mango
Risotto + peas + broccoli + salad
Soba noodles + edamame + bok choy
Eggs Benedict + hash browns + fruit smoothies
Minestrone + rolls
Homemade pizza
